T-Mobile and Wal-Mart announced this morning a new pre-paid offering that will only be available direct from Walmart stores and through Wal-Mart and T-Mobile.com. Beginning October 16th, T-Mobile and Walmart will unveil a $30 unlimited web and text Monthly4G plan with 100 minutes of talk, with 10 cents per minute after the first 100 minutes.

According to the text in the article, it will be a 5GB monthly data cap for 4G speeds.
Not sure on BYOD, but hopefully you can just buy a SIM card and go.
